Does EstheClinic open for business every day?
We open daily from Monday to Saturday from:
Monday – Friday: 10am to 8pm
Saturday: 9am to 6pm
We close on Sundays and Public Holidays.

All of EstheClinic’s treatments are exclusive, as we incorporate the most advanced medical and aesthetic equipment developed by our parent company and distributed to doctors and dermatologists throughout Europe for over 20 years.
All of EstheClinic’s protocols are developed and validated by medical doctors.

EstheClinic guarantees the use of high-quality equipment at the cutting edge of innovation; all regularly maintained and tested to ensure patient safety. Each device used holds all necessary European and international certifications.
Every EstheClinic therapist is medically trained by BVA Technology’s doctors on all the procedures and protocols.
How can I find out more about on-going promotion?

Absolutely! If you refer a friend and they purchase a treatment at EstheClinic, you will both benefit! We will offer your friend a 10% introductory discount on purchase which, if redeemed, will also earn you a referral credit of 10% of their spend. You can refer a friend here.

How do I make appointment?
You may make an appointment through one of these platforms:

All our consultations and services are based on appointments only. Prior booking is required and subject to availability. Hence, we recommend all our clients to book their appointment(s) in advance to secure their preferred date and time slot.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Is there a minimum age requirement for your treatments?
What modes of payment are accepted at EstheClinic?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, China Union Pay, American Express, Nets, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android Pay, PayWave, Paynow and Cash payment in local currency only.
We also offer 0% interest free instalment plan by OCBC credit card.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Your prompt arrival will help us ensure all clients receive full and quality service in a timely manner. We recommend that you check in 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
In an event of a late arrival, EstheClinic reserve the right to reduce the duration of the treatment accordingly or end the session on the scheduled time so as not to jeopardize the next appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that there may be changes to your schedule. Should you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform our outlet at least 12-hours prior to your appointment.
A reminder email will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. Our Customer Service Officer will also reach out to you via Phone (Call or WhatsApp) 24 hours prior to your confirmation. Should there be a need, it is advisable to reschedule/cancel your appointment during the Confirmation Call or WhatsApp.
It's my first time at EstheClinic, what should I take note of on my first appointment?
For first-time clients, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. You will be required to complete a consultation form and Safe Entry check in before heading to your consultation.
For subsequent visits, please try to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Your prompt arrival will help us ensure all clients receive full and quality service in a timely manner.
